SECTION 23-27.3-108.2.1

   § 23-27.3-108.2.1  Duties of committee.– The committee may review any order or decision of the building official. Itshall supervise the enforcement of this code, make periodic reviews of allbuilding inspection practices of the local building department, makerecommendations for improvements of the practices, and report in writing itsfindings to those building officials so reviewed.
