SECTION 23-27.3-108.2.3

   § 23-27.3-108.2.3  Emergency procedures.– In the event of a declaration by the governor of an extreme emergency, thecommittee may issue special emergency directives, in accordance with theprovisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, whichmay temporarily suspend or modify any requirement of the code. Any directivesso issued will remain in effect until the general assembly acts thereon. Thegovernor may revoke the directive at any time prior to the commencement of thenext legislative session.
