   § 23-27.3-109.1.3  Adoption of federalstandards for manufactured homes. – The provisions of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and SafetyStandards Act, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq., (hereinafter referred to as thefederal act), title 6 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, asamended by the Housing and Community Development Acts of 1977 and 1980, andtheir implementing regulations shall be and is hereby adopted as the state codefor the design and construction of all manufactured homes manufactured on orafter June 15, 1976.
