   § 23-27.3-109.1.3.1  Inspection ofmanufactured homes manufacturers. – The staff of the commissioner, upon showing proper credentials and in thedischarge of their duties pursuant to this section, or the federal act, isauthorized at reasonable hours and without advance notice to enter and inspectall factories, warehouses, or establishments in the state in which manufacturedhomes are manufactured.
