SECTION 23-27.3-109.2

   § 23-27.3-109.2  Accepted engineeringpractice. – In the absence of provisions not specifically contained in this code orapproved rules, the regulations, specifications, and standards listed in theAppendices of the state building code are deemed to represent engineeringpractice in respect to the material, equipment, system, or method ofconstruction specified in the Appendices.
