SECTION 23-27.3-109.3

   § 23-27.3-109.3  Proposing amendments torules and regulations. – Any person may propose amendments of the regulations to this code at any timeby using the proper forms. Public hearings shall be held or at times and placesthat the committee may determine to consider petitions for the amendments.Amendments to the regulations adopted by the committee, subject to approvalpursuant to § 23-27.3-109.1, shall be binding upon all cities and towns.
