SECTION 23-27.3-110.0

   § 23-27.3-110.0  Modifications andvariances. – When there are practical difficulties involved in carrying out the provisionsof this code, the state board of appeals or the local board of appeals mayallow a variance or a modification from such provisions as applied for by theowner as provided in § 23-27.3-127.0; provided, that the decision of theboard shall not conflict with the general objectives of this code and itsenabling legislation and; provided further, that no decision shall beconsidered by any person or agency as a precedent for future decisions.
