SECTION 23-27.3-111.1

   § 23-27.3-111.1  Preliminary inspection.– Before issuing a permit, the building official may examine or cause to beexamined all buildings, structures, and sites for which an application has beenfiled for a permit to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, demolish, orchange the use thereof.
