SECTION 23-27.3-111.3.1

   § 23-27.3-111.3.1  Plant inspection. –Inspection of all manufactured buildings, building components, and manufacturedhomes at the place of manufacture shall be performed by a third party who shallbe certified and approved by the committee and monitored by the commission asspecified in the rules and regulations pursuant thereto. Fees collected fromthe manufacturers and third party firms for the approval of the manufacturedbuildings, building components, and manufactured homes shall be deposited asgeneral revenues.
