SECTION 23-27.3-111.4.1

   § 23-27.3-111.4.1  Periodic inspections.– The building official may develop plans for the systematic periodic inspectionof all existing buildings and structures within his or her jurisdiction, andmay cause the buildings and structures to be periodically or otherwiseinspected, as specified in § 23-27.3-121.4, for compliance with this code.
