§ 23-27.3-113.1 - When permit is required.

SECTION 23-27.3-113.1

   § 23-27.3-113.1  When permit is required.– It shall be unlawful to construct, enlarge, alter, remove, or demolish abuilding, or change the occupancy of a building from one use group as definedin this code to another; or to install or alter any equipment for whichprovision is made or the installation of which is regulated by this code,without first filing an application with the building official in writing andobtaining the required permit therefor; except that ordinary repairs as definedin § 23-27.3-102.0 which do not involve any violation of this code shallbe exempt from this provision.
