SECTION 23-27.3-113.1.1

   § 23-27.3-113.1.1  Issuance of permits forsiding. – A building official shall issue a permit for the installation of siding only inconjunction with a notice that it is illegal to remove or reattach anelectrical meter without an electrician's license and that removal orreattachment of an electrical meter without an electrician's license is acrime, which upon conviction shall be punishable in accordance with theprovisions of § 5-6-28.
