SECTION 23-27.3-113.6

   § 23-27.3-113.6  Plot plan. – There shall also be filed a plot plan showing to scale the size and location ofall the new construction and all existing structures on the site, distancesfrom lot lines, and the established street grades; and the plan shall be drawnin accordance with an accurate boundary line survey, and, when necessary, by aregistered land surveyor if required by the building official. If demolition isto be performed, the plot plan shall show all construction to be demolished,and the location and size of all existing buildings and construction that areto remain on the site or plot. The plot plan shall not be changed except asspecified in § 23-27.3-115.4.
