SECTION 23-27.3-114.1.1

   § 23-27.3-114.1.1  Reports to assessors.– The building official shall give to the tax assessors of the municipalitywritten notice of the granting of permits for the construction of anybuildings, or for the removal or demolition or for any substantial alterationthereto. The notice shall be given within thirty (30) days after the grantingof each permit and shall state the name of the person to whom the permit wasgranted and the location of the building to be constructed, altered,demolished, or removed.
