SECTION 23-27.3-114.3.1

   § 23-27.3-114.3.1  Drawings andspecifications. – Within three (3) months after the adoption of any amendment to this code, theowner or the owner's agent shall notify the building official that the drawingsand specifications for a project are based upon the provisions of the code ineffect prior to the latest amendment. The building official may requiresubmission of the drawings and specifications, although incomplete. The ownershall then be allowed to obtain a permit when the drawings and specificationsare completed, based upon the prior code provisions.
