SECTION 23-27.3-114.5

   § 23-27.3-114.5  Approved plans. – The building official or state building commissioner shall stamp and endorse inwriting the plans submitted in accordance with § 23-27.3-113.5; one set ofthe stamped and endorsed plans shall be retained and shall not leave from thedepartment except in the sole discretion of the building officials for thepurposes of examination by another municipal or state department; one set ofplans shall be kept at the building site, open to inspection of the buildingofficial, state building commissioner, or their authorized representative, atall reasonable times; one set shall be retained by the owner, architect, orengineer.
