SECTION 23-27.3-114.8

   § 23-27.3-114.8  Posting of permit. –A copy of the building permit shall be kept in view and protected from theweather at the site of operations, and shall be open to public inspectionduring the entire time of prosecution of the work and until such time as thecertificate of occupancy shall have been issued. The building permit shallserve as an inspection record card to allow the building official to makeentries thereon regarding inspection of the work.
