SECTION 23-27.3-116.7

   § 23-27.3-116.7  Watchperson and lightsduring moving. – Whenever and as long as a building or part of a building shall remain in orupon a public street or highway, the person moving the building, shall maintaina red light or lights burning at each end of the building during all periods ofdarkness, and at all times shall keep a watchperson on duty.
