SECTION 23-27.3-116.8

   § 23-27.3-116.8  Bonds and liabilityinsurance. – Prior to the issuance of a permit to move or demolish a building, a certificateof insurance and a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond shall be filedwith the local building official or, in the case of a state project, with thestate building commissioner. The amount of paid certificate shall be determinedby the municipality or the state building commission respectively.
