§ 23-27.3-120.4 - Changes in use and occupancy.

SECTION 23-27.3-120.4

   § 23-27.3-120.4  Changes in use andoccupancy. – After a change of use has been made in a building or structure, thereestablishment of a prior use that would not have been legal in a new buildingof the same type of construction is prohibited unless the building complieswith all applicable provisions of this code or the rehabilitation building andfire code for existing buildings and structures as applicable and the FireSafety Code (chapters 28.1 – 28.39 of this title). A change from oneprohibited use, for which a permit has been granted, to another prohibited useshall be deemed a violation of this code.
