SECTION 23-27.3-121.1

   § 23-27.3-121.1  Posted use and occupancy.– A suitably designed placard approved by the committee shall be posted by theowner on all floors of every building and structure and part thereof designedfor education, high hazard, storage mercantile, industrial, or business use(use groups, E, H, S, M, F, and B) as defined in Article 2. The placard shallbe securely fastened to the building or structure in a readily visible placeand shall state: the use group, the fire grading, the live load, and theoccupancy load. Placards shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act(29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq.) requirements.
