   § 23-27.3-121.2  Posted occupancy load.– A suitably designed placard approved by the committee shall be posted by theowner of every building and structure and part thereof designed for use as aplace of public assembly or as an institutional building for harboring peoplefor penal, correctional, educational, medical, or other care or treatment, oras residential buildings used for hotels, lodging houses, boarding houses,dormitory buildings, and multiple-family dwellings (use groups A, 1, R-1 andR-2). The placard shall designate the maximum occupancy load.
