SECTION 23-27.3-121.4

   § 23-27.3-121.4  Periodic inspection forposting. – The building official may periodically inspect all existing buildings andstructures, except one and two (2) family dwellings, for compliance with thiscode in respect to posting; or the building official may accept the report ofthe inspections from a registered professional engineer or architect; and theinspections and reports shall specify any violation of the requirements of thiscode in respect to the posting of floor load, fire grading, occupancy load, anduse group of the building.
