SECTION 23-27.3-122.4

   § 23-27.3-122.4  Abatement of violations.– The imposition of the penalties prescribed in this code shall not preclude thebuilding official from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawfulconstruction or to restrain, correct, or abate a violation, or to preventillegal occupancy of a building, structure, or premises, or to stop an illegalact, conduct business, or use of a building or structure in or about anypremises.
