SECTION 23-27.3-126.1

   § 23-27.3-126.1  Application for review.– The owner of a building or other structure or the owner's duly authorizedrepresentative who has been served with an order pertaining to an unsafebuilding or other structure and a notice to make the building or otherstructure safe, secure, or habitable or to take down and remove the building orother structure, shall have the right, except in cases of emergency, to demanda hearing before the board of appeal if the owner deems such order to beunnecessary, improper, or unreasonable, and the demand shall be in writing witha statement of reasons therefor.
