SECTION 23-27.3-126.3

   § 23-27.3-126.3  Findings. – (a) The board of appeals shall determine its findings and submit a report inwriting affirming, modifying, or revoking the order of the building official inwhole or in part, and shall determine the remedial steps if any to be taken torender the building or other structure safe.

   (b) The findings and determination agreed upon by a majorityof the board shall be deemed conclusive, and certified copies of the reportshall be filed with the building official and with the owner or the owner'srepresentative, and shall be binding upon the building official and all partiesin interest.
