SECTION 23-27.3-128.3

   § 23-27.3-128.3  Construction contractorresponsibilities. – The actual construction of the work shall be the responsibility of the owner orthe contractor designated as his or her agent and who shall:

   (1) Perform all work in accordance with the constructiondocuments on file with the building official.

   (2) Perform specified work in a safe and satisfactory mannerand in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal statutes andregulations.

   (3) Upon completion of the construction, shall certify to thebest of his or her knowledge and belief that the work has been done insubstantial accord with subdivisions (1) and (2) above and with all pertinentdeviations.
