   § 23-27.3-200  Savings clause. – That nothing in these regulations hereby adopted shall be construed to affectany suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights acquitted, orliability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing underany act or local regulations repealed as prescribed in this chapter.
