SECTION 23-27.3-701

   § 23-27.3-701  Baby changing tables. –(a) All new construction of state and municipal buildings opened to the publiccommenced after December 31, 1999, and all renovations, and replacements of avalue in excess of fifty percent (50%) of existing public state and municipalbuildings open to the public commenced after December 31, 1999, shall providefor baby changing tables in both ladies' and men's rooms.

   (b) A municipality may apply to the local building officialfor a waiver of this provision in the case of unreasonable hardship.

   (c) The building codes standard committee shall adopt andpromulgate all rules and regulations required to carry out the purpose of thissection.
