SECTION 23-28.1-7.1

   § 23-28.1-7.1  Compliance extension forpublic school buildings. – Notwithstanding any statute, rule, or regulation to the contrary, any provisionof the code applicable to any public school building which requires complianceby a date certain shall be extended to a date no earlier than January 1, 2011.
