§ 23-28.2-15 Assistance by attorneygeneral Prosecution of violations. The attorney general, upon request of the state fire marshal, shall assist uponany investigation of any fire which, in the opinion of the state fire marshal,is of suspicious origin, and shall institute and conduct all prosecutions ofpersons charged with arson, burning to defraud, crimes incident to incendiaryfires, and violations of the provision of the Fire Safety Code, chapters 28.1through 28.39 of this title and all codes referenced therein and adoptedthereunder.
