   § 23-28.22-8  Attendant's control andsupervision. – At self service stations, the attendant shall be required to remain within thecontrol console area at all times while Class 1 liquids are being dispensed. A"post-payment operation" is advocated to insure the attendant's compliance withthe foregoing provision.
