SECTION 23-28.28-19

   § 23-28.28-19  Records of visitors. –Each person, firm or corporation engaged in the manufacture, dealing, orpossessing of explosives, explosive compounds, or fuses shall keep a dailyrecord of each person, other than employees, entering upon their magazine site.The information shall be available in the company's office and shall be open toinspection by the state fire marshal, local government officials, and/or publicsafety officials.
