   § 23-28.28-26  Requirement for removal ofexplosives or providing watchperson. – The state fire marshal may, at his or her discretion, at any time he or shedeems it necessary for the public safety, require the removal of any explosive,or that a watchperson be placed continuously in charge of it with the cost tobe borne by the permittee.
