§ 23-28.28-27 Report of explosion or fire.– Any explosion or fire occurring in connection with the keeping, storage,manufacture, sale, transportation, or use of explosive causing loss of life orinjury or property damage shall be reported immediately to the state firemarshal, giving a detailed account of the same.
