   § 23-28.3-8  Notice of judicial review– Civil rules applicable. – In any proceedings under §§ 23-28.3-6 and 23-28.3-7, the court shallorder notice to be given to the board and to the state fire marshal in suchmanner as it shall determine. The proceeding and the pleadings therein shall begoverned by the laws and rules of practice applicable to other civil actions inthe court.
