SECTION 23-28.5-4

   § 23-28.5-4  Inspection of places wheredangerous substances are kept. – The authority having jurisdiction is hereby authorized and empowered to inspectfrom time to time, at any reasonable hour, all places, except dwelling housesand the portion of any building as is occupied for dwelling purposes, wherethey have reason to believe that articles or substances are manufactured,stored, kept, sold, or used, which are dangerous, or under certain conditionsmight become dangerous, to the public safety by, through, or in case ofcombustion, fire, or explosion.
