SECTION 23-28.5-5

   § 23-28.5-5  Penalty for hinderinginspection. – Any person refusing to allow inspections, or hindering or obstructing theauthority having jurisdiction authorized to make an inspection, in the makingof the same, shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the offense.
