   § 23-29.1-5  Technical and staff support.– The building code commissioner shall provide staff support and assistance tothe joint committee on the building code element of the rehabilitation buildingand fire code and the state fire marshal shall provide staff support andassistance to the joint committee on the fire safety code element of therehabilitation building and fire code. Any coordination of staff support as thejoint committee deems necessary or desirable shall be provided by the buildingcode commissioner.
