SECTION 23-3-22

   § 23-3-22  Reproduction of records. –To preserve original documents, the state registrar of vital records isauthorized to prepare typewritten, photographic, or other reproductions oforiginal records and files in his or her office. These reproductions, whencertified by him or her, shall be accepted as the original record.
