SECTION 23-3-29
§ 23-3-29 Division of vital records andstate registrar of vital records. – Wherever in the general or public laws there appear the words "division ofvital statistics" and the words "state registrar of vital statistics" inrelation to the Rhode Island department of health, the word "records" shall besubstituted for the word "statistics".
