SECTION 23-33-14

   § 23-33-14  Reports of refusal orcancellation of insurance. – Every authorized inspector holding a permit from the chief shall immediatelyreport to the chief the name of the owner or user and the location of everyelevator or escalator on which insurance has been refused, cancelled, ordiscontinued because of existing dangerous defects, and shall within areasonable time report all other refusals, cancellations, and discontinuances.
