SECTION 23-33-19

   § 23-33-19  Appeals to superior court.– Any owner of any elevator or device aggrieved by any decision of theoccupational safety and health review board refusing to grant a variation ormodification of the code of rules governing the construction, inspection,maintenance, and operation, may, within thirty (30) days after the decision,commence action in the superior court against the director of labor andtraining for a review of the decision under the provisions of § 28-20-20.
