§ 23-33-22.1 Warning signs near elevatorsin nursing homes. – A conspicuous warning sign stating "In Case of Fire Do Not Use Elevator" shallbe placed next to the places of ingress or egress to every elevator used forconveying persons or goods in any building used primarily as a nursing home oras a home for the elderly and/or people with disabilities.
