SECTION 23-33-4

   § 23-33-4  Enforcement by inspectors –Disposition of fees. – The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the compliance inspectorsof the division of occupational safety within the department of labor andtraining. The proceeds of any fees or fines collected pursuant to this sectionshall be deposited as general revenues.
