§ 23-33-8 - Revocation of permits.
SECTION 23-33-8
§ 23-33-8 Revocation of permits. –The chief inspector may at any time revoke any permit issued by him or her toact as an authorized inspector, for cause shown, after a hearing, of which theholder of the permit shall receive five (5) days' notice in writing.
