§ 23-37-3 - Injuring property of fire company.

SECTION 23-37-3

   § 23-37-3  Injuring property of firecompany. – Any person who shall wantonly or maliciously cut or otherwise injure any hoseor apparatus belonging to or used by any fire department, company, association,or other organization organized for the purpose of and engaged in thesuppression of fires, whether incorporated or not, shall be subject to a fineof not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars($200), or shall be imprisoned for a term of not more than thirty (30) days,either or both, at the discretion of the court.
