§ 23-39-11 - Fees.
SECTION 23-39-11
§ 23-39-11 Fees. – (a) The director, in consultation with the board, shall establish a schedule ofreasonable fees for licenses, and for renewal of licenses for respiratory carepractitioners.
(b) The initial application fee shall be one hundred andseventy dollars ($170).
(c) A biennial license renewal fee shall be established in anamount of one hundred and thirty dollars ($130).
