SECTION 23-4.1-13

   § 23-4.1-13  Exclusion of non-emergencyproviders. – Private ambulance services that are used solely for the transportation ofnon-emergency patients shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapterand chapter 17.6 of this title. These services, however, must continue toconform to rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter which were ineffect on May 1, 1982.
