SECTION 23-4.10-4

   § 23-4.10-4  Recording contents of durablepower of attorney. – The attending physician who had knowledge of the existence of a durable powerof attorney shall note in the medical record the existence of the durable powerof attorney. In the instance where the durable power of attorney includes a DNR(do not resuscitate) order, that should also be entered into the medical record.
